Custom screen printing is a commercial decoration technique where woven mesh screens are exposed with light-sensitive emulsion to create stencils of your design. Specialized textile inks are forced through the screen mesh using precision squeegees directly onto apparel fabric, then cured through high-temperature industrial dryers at 320°F.
Unlike digital printing or heat transfers, screen printing yields vibrant color opacity, unmatched wash durability (50+ to 100+ cycles), and is the most cost-effective solution for bulk quantities of 24 pieces or more.
